Welcome to the Association and the community of Whittington Course. Each of the homeowners of the 120 households of the Manorhouses is a member of the Association. Together, we own the neighborhood and manage it through our representatives on the Board of Directors and our assigns at the management company. Association living is a little different from that in single-family home neighborhoods: we live very close together, we buy services in common, we exercise a greater degree of control over our neighborhood, and we are governed by laws unique to our cooperative endeavor.
